Abstracts should be at least 250 words, but no more than 500 words. Presenters will submit their abstracts, along with author information and affiliation(s), through the CVENT event platform.
Each abstract should include the following subheadings: Objective/Purpose, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, and Implications of your research.
Poster Presentation Requirement* – All current AIM-AHEAD awardees and trainees are required to present a poster at the AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting as part of their program participation.

Please be sure to incorporate all feedback regarding language compliance with the Executive Order into your revised abstract and your poster in CVENT. Final abstracts or posters that do not address the reviewers’ language feedback will not be included in the Annual Meeting program book and will not be presented at the AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting.
For those traveling to the conference, please ensure your identification is compliant with the "REAL ID" requirements from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or that you have a valid passport. REAL ID credentials will be required for all domestic air travel starting May 7, 2025. Please refer to the official DHS website for more information about this policy and make all necessary arrangements prior to your travel dates.

Through the implementation of a two-phase funding model, PAIR has connected awardee institutions from across the United States with AIM-AHEAD resources, AI/ML and health experts, and grant-writing coaches to help establish AI/ML Health Research Labs which host cross-disciplinary teams for research projects and grant writing.
“Hallmarks of Success” are goals for the AIM-AHEAD Consortium to strive towards. These hallmarks have been aligned to AIM-AHEAD’s four North Stars, and is included in the AIM-AHEAD Coordinating Center (A-CC) evaluation plan. Cores, hubs, and consortium partners will report on how their activities contribute to which hallmark(s) to track progress.

Overview: This training series introduces foundational data science concepts, Python programming, and core analytic methods used in clinical, biomedical, and genomic research. Participants gain hands-on experience with statistics, data exploration, visualization, and predictive analytics through recorded lectures and assignments from Howard University’s Virtual Applied Data Science Training Institute.
