The AIM-AHEAD Southeast Leadership Hub, based at Meharry Medical College, builds trusted partnerships with community organizations, academic institutions, and regional stakeholders to advance health research and improve outcomes. Engaging a broad network of partners strengthens research capacity and enhances the quality and scope of AI/ML data and regional research efforts.

The hub supports capacity building, pilot studies, and collaborative research projects by recruiting a consortium of institutions and organizations committed to improving health outcomes. This work is carried out through collaboration with the AIM-AHEAD consortium, coordination of hub-specific projects, and participation in consortium-wide programs. Additionally, the hub fosters collaboration across hubs and cores, contributing to the overall growth of the AIM-AHEAD consortium and strengthening AI/ML data resources and research capacity in the Southeast region of the United States.
